Sing Live USA to perform in The Candlelight Processional,
The America Gardens Theatre,
EPCOT, Walt Disney World, Florida

THIS EVENT IS ONLY OPEN TO EXISTING MEMBERS OF SING LIVE IN ORLANDO AND NEW SINGERS IN THE TAMPA BAY AREA.

I am delighted to share with you the details and application forms for Sing Live USA’s  forthcoming appearance in The Candlelight Processional at EPCOT.

Over the past four years I have worked very closely with the cast members and musical crew at EPCOT on Sing Live UK’s participation in this spectacular event – and following the formation of Sing Live USA here in Orlando I am honored that our company has passed the required audition process and been accepted to perform in what is Disney’s flagship Christmas Event –The Candlelight Processional at EPCOT. It is truly a great privilege for us all.

Here are some of the details of this event –

Performances

Our exact performance dates have not yet been confirmed by the cast members at Disney – these will be confirmed some time in October, but I can advise you that we have requested to perform on the following dates –
Friday, November 23 with Sing Live UK at the 5pm performance and
Tuesday, November 27, again with Sing Live UK at the two late performances – 6.45 and 8. 15 pm.

We have also requested performances on Saturday and Sunday December 1 and 2 if we are not successful with the above dates. I must stress that these dates have NOT been confirmed - they are only our requests.

You will have the fantastic opportunity to team up with your singing colleagues from across the pond at a combined rehearsal at The Marriott World Centre, Orlando,  – details will be enclosed with your application confirmation.

Other important information –

The rehearsal fee has been reduced to $100 for this event – payment plan is available.
Everyone must arrive at EPCOT together on buses – details later but this will be the only additional cost.
The show is all standing – absolutely no sitting - and lasts for about 1 hour.
The dress code is decided by Disney – not Sing Live – but nothing to worry about here the choir robes are provided by Disney.
Dirk Donahue and Kevin Miles will be your vocal coaches in Orlando and Mike Horton your vocal coach in Tampa Bay.

I hope as many of you as possible from Orlando will be able to take part in the fantastic opportunity, Plus our new singers joining us from the Tampa Bay area, and would ask that you return your applications as soon as possible as we need to give the Disney team our number of voice types as soon as possible in order for them to schedule the event.
